KV Games is an independent game studio based in Pune, India, making cozy games with room to breathe. We are currently working on Cafe Sapa, a puzzle game about reading people: guests describe a mood, never a dish, and it is up to you to work out what would actually help.

History

How KV Games started

KV Games was founded in Pune, India in September 2026, out of a long standing love of cute, narrative driven games. The kind where the art invites you in and the writing is the reason you stay. We wanted to make something in that space: small, warm, and more interested in the people at the tables than in scores or timers.

Cafe Sapa

Cafe Sapa is the studio's first game. It began with a simple question: what if a cafe game never told you what to make? Guests sit down and talk about their day rather than ordering, so every round is a small act of listening. Underneath the cozy art it is a deduction puzzle, and the writing carries the whole thing.
